After returning from short-term schooling in Montreal I found myself drawn to Massage Therapy as a profession. Seeing the effectiveness in treating a close friend with painful back and shoulder problems related to sports injuries left a lasting impression on me.  While studying West Coast College of Massage Therapy, I found that I have a great passion for people and that helping them through my abilities and training is extremely fulfilling.

During treatments I like to use many different techniques such as Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release, Deep Tissue Massage and Joint Play as well as implementing stretching and strengthening to help clients with their areas of concern. I am always striving to improve my knowledge and skills through continuing education and self-study. I currently live in Delta but spend much of my time during the winter in Kamloops taking advantage of the beautiful and snowy Thompson ski season.
