At a young age I was deeply impressed by my first experience with massage therapy. The knowledge, care and focus that Laurel Finch (a local RMT in my hometown of Yellow Springs, Ohio) gave to my injury was unique in my experiences with medical professionals. Now in my practice, I strive to give the same knowledge care and focus to empower you with your own health care.

I find a variety of techniques useful including but not limited to: Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Joint Play, Myofascial Trigger Point Release and Stretching and Strengthening Techniques.

I live in Vancouver and Fort Langley and enjoy playing in the great outdoors!
